US Beats Europe, Asia as RE-Investment Target

This sounds good in terms of confidence in the US real-estate-investment market versus the rest of the world.

Investors increased the amount ofequity they plan to commit to U.S. real estate by 19 percent to$55 billion in the second half of last year, more than any otherregion, according to London-based broker DTZ.
