These guys are so economically illiterate it's painful to read.
What has any one of them been right about? Honestly. Everything they've done has made things worse or has set the path for worse to come.
They were wrong on the money supply and inflation. They were wrong on taxes (it hasn't been a boon at all). It's going to get worse. They are wrong on monetarism (and I don't even like monetarism).
What exactly do they know anything about at the national and international level concerning economics?
Trump's even likely to botch the tariff deal with China. I have little faith in him carrying it out correctly in the end. Nothing's ruined yet, but give him time. If history is any judge, he'll end up blowing a great opportunity.
Of course, he's up against Xi, who is far from the sharpest knife in the drawer. I'm mean, if I had his powers, I'd trash Trump. I'd have the US economy screaming in no time and Chinese economy not screaming at all. Don't ask me how because I will never clue in the dictator. China needs democracy. Xi failing will hasten it. The sooner the better.
