This one may strike you as partisan, but I don't see it that way. I think the response to Puerto Rico's miseries due to the hurricanes was woefully inadequate and inhumane.
Where is this $91 billion Trump keeps talking about? If you look at the progress made in Puerto Rico, you sure don't see what looks like $91 billion. I doubt the Puerto Ricans have been buying personal yachts with it.
